Behavioural Change Campaign

Shift is a design solution that sims to aid in combating congestion on Melbourne Metro train platforms. Through the installation of a lighting system that is designed to instruct commuters as to which carriage is busier and more vacant, the passengers will be able to adapt their routine to a more comfortable journey.
To support the light system, a behavioural change campaign was designed to promote the lighting system and to increase awareness for the commuters while they wait on the crowded platforms.
